What we collect
When you contact us - by WhatsApp, email or any form on this site - we receive the details you choose to share (such as your name, contact details and project brief). We also collect basic, anonymised analytics about how this site is used.
How we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry, deliver work you've engaged us for, and improve this website. We do not sell your personal information.
WhatsApp Business Platform data
When we set up and run WhatsApp Business messaging for a client, we act as a service provider processing that data on the client's behalf and under their instructions, on Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). Message content and contact lists belong to the client's business; we access them only to operate, support and improve the service - we do not sell them and we do not use them for our own advertising. We handle this data in line with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta's applicable terms. People message a business on an opt-in basis and can opt out at any time, and data is retained only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers needed to run our business (for example hosting and analytics), and where required by law.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing support@ttmdxb.com.
